Hey, that's my country! Indonesia.

Hey, it is 17th August 2011! Do you know what day is today? Wednesday? yup! but there's another special thing! don't you know? even google knows what's special today -___-"

Today is my country's 66th birthday. Yea, the one and the only beloved  INDONESIA! 
well, i'd like to tell a bit story about my country.


 The name is Indonesia and it is located in southeast Asia, between the two ocean and two continent. it is a subtropis area, so you can sweeeaaating all day long. it has a great numbers of flora and fauna. and also the endemic one, such as Sumatrans tiger, badak bercula satu, orang utan, tarsius, komodo, and  so many more.



and, ehm, me,with my other vet' friends, who'll be their doctor saving them from endangered. amiin. Indonesia is an archipelago with 13,466 islands and 33 province. The 5th big islands are Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua. That's why it has a looot of differences cultures with 3 differences time. and so it is popular with its beaches, mountains, cultures, and beautiful sceneries. The most popular one is Bali. but actually, there's a lot of more beautiful beaches in Indonesia, such as

 
Pantai Padang (Padang),

 
Pantai Matras (Bangka Belitung)

Pasir Padi (Bangka Belitung)

Parang tritis (Yogyakarta),

Raja ampat (papua), lombok, and so oon. 

trust me, the beaches in Bangka and Belitung is soo beautiful! i've once there when i was in PIRN IX 2010. it is really a good place for those who like surfing. hey, guess what? even me as the Indonesian never once go the these east area beaches (from Bali to Papua) because it costs much money. poor me :( that's why i want to be a rich woman so i can go all over Indonesia, and see the awesome-fabulous sceneries and beaches there. Ah! don't forget to come to East Java too. there located the Bromo Mountain! 


and i tell ya! it's so Fantastic! the sunset is great,  there is really misty in the morning. and also veeeeeeerryyy cold like i want to freeze. this is a heaven for those who like photography. If you like histories, you can go to these cities; Padang, Bandung, Surabaya, and Yogyakarta! actually, all cities in Indonesia have their own stories, but these city is the most popular, and it also has many good museums, especially, Yogyakarta. it is officially a Special Region of Yogyakarta (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta). However, Yogyakarta used to be the emergency capital city of Indonesia in 1946. There have a lot of budhi's and hindu's temple. such as Prambanan and Borobudur! Borobudur is one of the 7th wonders of the world. and the people still use the temple for pray there.

and now, let's go to Bandung! Have you ever heard about the KAA (Konferensi Asia Afrika) or Asians-Africans Conference?  where was the place? it is located in Asia Afrika street, in the center of Bandung. and now the place called Museum Asia Afrika. Since my 18 living year went here and there, finally i visited the museum once, in this Juli :') the museum is really good. the take care the things well. they even have the recording of Mr.Soekarno's speech when the AAC happened. they said that mr. Soekarno speaked for 25 minutes in english without text at all. what a great man he is. actually, there are more histories i couldn't tell here.
well, for those who is a shopping freak, you can go to Dago , Paris van Java, and so on. it's a right place for you to shop!!

And now let's say HELLO! to Jakarta! 
 

this is the capital city of Indonesia. and here is the central of all Indonesian's history. you can go to Monas, Kota tua, or directly to the Istana presiden. 
Jakarta is the place where the proclamation text  proclaimed. in 17th August 1945 which means 66 years ago. It was a struggled time for the fighter at that time. but, finally, they could announce the proclamation of Indonesia. that is a though thing to do. so, as Indonesian, i'll be study more, struggle more to be the best to defend this independence, be a good Indonesian, and fight for corruption!!! :)

"what can i do for you, Indonesia?"

i wish i could answer that by a real act soon.

Hopefully, i could write as many as possible, but i'm so sorry i couldn't tell you more, because i'll use all my living time just to write about Indonesia, as you know that Indonesia has 13.466 island and 33 Province. That's all about my lovely country. Don't forget to come, see, and prove the beauty of Indonesia by yourself.
